Termos e Condições de Uso
Estes termos e condições ("Termos") se aplicam ao seu uso do aplicativo móvel
Tacchi Protect ("App"). Ao usar o App, você concorda em ficar vinculado a estes
Termos.
1. Uso do App
O App foi projetado para ajudá-lo a acompanhar o progresso de pacientes em
hospitais. Ao iniciar o App, você será solicitado a inserir seu número de telefone
para receber um código OTP para prosseguir para a próxima etapa. Depois de
inserir o código, você poderá acessar a lista de pacientes que o designaram como
seu acompanhante.
2. Suas Responsabilidades
Você é responsável por manter a confidencialidade e segurança do seu número de
telefone, código OTP e quaisquer outras informações relacionadas ao seu uso do
App. Você também é responsável por cumprir todas as leis e regulamentos
aplicáveis relacionados ao seu uso do App.
Caso você não seja responsável por um paciente no pronto socorro, NÃO
PROSSEGUIR!
3. Política de Privacidade
Respeitamos sua privacidade e nos comprometemos a proteger suas informações
pessoais. Consulte nossa Política de Privacidade, que é incorporada por referência
a estes Termos, para obter informações sobre como coletamos, usamos e
divulgamos suas informações pessoais.
4. Propriedade Intelectual
O App e todo o seu conteúdo, incluindo, entre outros, texto, gráficos, logotipos,
imagens e software, são propriedade da Tacchi Protect e seus licenciadores e estão
protegidos por leis de direitos autorais e outras leis de propriedade intelectual.
5. Limitação de Responsabilidade
Na medida máxima permitida por lei, a Tacchi Protect e suas afiliadas, diretores,
funcionários e agentes não serão responsáveis por quaisquer danos diretos,
indiretos, incidentais, especiais ou consequentes decorrentes ou relacionados ao
seu uso do App.
6. Lei Aplicável e Jurisdição
Estes Termos serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis da República
Federativa do Brasil. Qualquer ação legal decorrente ou relacionada a estes Termos
será apresentada exclusivamente nos tribunais federais ou estaduais localizados na
República Federativa do Brasil.

Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Tacchi Protect mobile
application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is designed to help you track the progress of patients in hospitals. Upon
launching the App, you will be prompted to enter your phone number to receive an
OTP code to proceed to the next step. After entering the code, you will be able to
access the list of patients who have designated you as their companion.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phone
number, OTP code, and any other information related to your use of the App. You are
also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to
your use of the App.
If you are not responsible for a patient in the emergency room, DO NOT PROCEED!
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these
Terms, for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal
information.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content, including, among others, text, graphics, logos, images,
and software, are the property of Tacchi Protect and its licensors and are protected
by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacchi Protect and its affiliates, directors,
employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
Federative Republic of Brazil. Any legal action arising out of or related to these
Terms will be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the Federative
Republic of Brazil.
